If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Repeated cancellations or last-minute changes may incur a rescheduling fee.

We are not liable for:
Damage caused by improper maintenance, environmental conditions, or structural issues.
Normal wear and tear over time.
Pre-existing damage or defects not caused by our work.

Provide property access as scheduled.
Remove valuable or fragile items from work areas.
Notify us of any special considerations (pets, security systems, allergies, etc.).
Failure to do so may result in project delays or additional costs.
7. Intellectual Property
